Registration Agreement Rules:
- This site is intended only for individuals 18 years of age and older.
- You must register to have full access to this Free Forum, guests have limited access (read only) to most forum threads.
- Usernames containing vile content will be rejected and the user banned from these forums,
- There will be only one account allowed per member.
- If you have an issue with your account, e-mail the Administrator, do not create a second account.
- All public posts or chat threads must be English only.
- We reserve the right to delete / ban accounts at will.
- The Administrator and other staff of this Service have final authority in all disputes and rule interpretations.
- Abuse of the Administrators, Moderators or Members in any fashion is grounds for being banned/deleted.
- If you wish to cancel your account, please PM Admin. Deletion of your account includes your profile and posts.
Profile Rules:
- You will not include in your profile any personal telephone numbers and street addresses. Such personal information can be sent to other Members via email or PM only,
- All profiles are subject to approval by the Board Administrator.
Avatars:
- All uploaded Avatars are subject to Admin approval,
- Avatars must not attempt to portray a registered member as having an official status here,
- Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect for decency, and so forth,
- If you do not wish to upload an Avatar, you may choose one from our Avatar Galleries.
Forum Posting Rules:
- Posts or discussion on child pornography will not be tolerated and violators will be reported to the authorities,
- No Soliciting / Advertising / Spamming,
- You agree not to publicly post any abusive, vulgar, slanderous, hateful or threatening material,
- Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated,
- Members are not Moderators and required to not act as "back seat moderators". If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of a Moderator or Administrator. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly "act" as moderators will be warned or banned,
- Post in the correct forum, read the forum descriptions before posting to see if you’re posting in the correct location,
- Use descriptive titles, keep threads on topic and don't cross-post,
- Posts which have no meaningless content will be deleted and the poster will be warned,
- Before posting a question, please read the appropriate topics and/or use the "Search" function.
Private Messaging (PM):
- PMs containing advertising or Spam are not allowed,
- Hate PMs aren't wanted here. If you want to flame somebody, do it elsewhere,
- If you get annoying PMs, they should be reported to Admin,
- No abuse of the Private Messaging will be tolerated,
- Members are required to maintain their PM boxes quotas by deleting obsolete messages.
Misuse of Service:
We are entitled to investigate and terminate your membership if you have misused the Service, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful or illegal.
Miscellaneous:
- All messages posted become the property of these Forums,
- By posting on these forums you are agreeing to all the forum rules,
- Opinions, advice and all other information expressed by participants in discussions are those of the author,
- If you get annoying emails or PM's from other Members, they should be reported to Admin via email,
- All rules can, and probably will be edited/changed in the future.
Board Moderation:
- The Moderators and Administrators reserve the right to edit or remove any post at any time,
- The determination of what is construed as inappropriate (against Board Rules) is up to Team Members who will issue warnings to offending members via Private Messaging,
- The Team Members have the authority to lock or remove any forum thread which would be considered as irrelevant or inactive after a certain period of time,
- We reserve the right to delete/ban/deactivate accounts at will.
Privacy Policy:
